When:  Wednesday-Friday, September 18-20, 2024

Includes:  Coach bus travel, hotel (Double-Occupancy), and meals

Cost:  $588 +tax

Join Rachel Ann for a delightful three-day, two-night quilting adventure to Quilt Town USA! Save the date, secure your spot, and pack light to leave room for marvelous fabric finds! You can sit back and relax on this all-inclusive adventure.  All the stressful planning has been done for you!

• Day 1 - We'll leisurely travel by coach bus to The Little Red Hen, a charming quilt shop in Iowa that is filled with quilting and crafting treasures.  Then we'll enjoy lunch en route to our hotel, followed by a delightful supper just a hop-skip-and-a-jump from our hotel, and some time to unwind.
   
• Day 2 - The whole day is dedicated to exploring Quilt Town USA. Missouri Star, here we come! We'll receive a special MSQC goody-filled tote bag, time with Jenny or a guest speaker (depending on Jenny's schedule), and a catered lunch. After a day of shopping in Quilt Town USA, we'll return to the same hotel for supper and relaxation.
  
  
• Day 3 - We'll travel in the comfort of our coach bus to visit The Quilted Forest for more quilting delights before heading home, filled with stories of our adventures, new friendships, and fabric treasures. Arriving before supper, you can share the excitement of our adventure with friends at a local eatery or head home, cherishing memories of our unforgettable journey!

3. Watch for your emailed invoice.
4. Pay your emailed invoice online.  Once your payment is received, your seat is reserved.

Free Community Open Sew

Community Open Sew Events    (Beginner - Advanced level)

Community Open Sew events are free and open to anyone who wants to come and sew. Registration is required as seating is limited.

You are welcome to bring your own projects OR you can use Rachel Ann's scrap bins to create a one-of-a-kind fidget square that will be donated locally.  Stumped by your current project?  Bring it along and maybe we can figure it out together.  Just learning?  That's awesome!  Come and ask questions as you sew.

You are welcome to bring your own sewing machine and tools (scissors, pins, etc.).  Rachel Ann has a few sewing machines that are available to reserve for these events.  Please indicate on your registration form if you would like to use a class machine.

Classes - Quilting & Sewing

Rachel Ann Quilts provides a diverse range of quilting and sewing classes tailored to individuals at every skill level. Whether you're a novice eager to embark on your creative journey or an experienced quilter looking for your quilting community, we have something for you.

We take pride in fostering a welcoming and supportive community of quilters and sewists, providing a platform for networking, sharing ideas, and gaining inspiration from fellow enthusiasts.

Occasionally, our classes feature guest instructors and collaborative projects, allowing you to expand your creative horizons.

Class and Retreat participants receive a 10% discount on all purchases for or during their paid event.  All classes are non-refundable.  If you want help selecting your supplies or tools, please stop in before class day, I'd love to help you.

Hints: 

• Once you click on the class list you can sort Alphabetically to see the list in date order.

• When you click attend, the class will be added to your cart. 
• Then click on your cart in the upper right hand corner, and checkout.

• You will need to complete the checkout even if you are attending a free event.  If your cart total is $0 (zero dollars) you do NOT need to enter your credit card information but will need to complete the remaining checkout process.

Bring the whole family to Market on Main in Little Chute.  Handmade craft vendors, local businesses, food trucks, live bands, a day filled with fun for everyone!  I'll have a booth on the street so stop by and sign up for the drawing.

Introducing a stunning 12-month Block of the Month kit featuring the mesmerizing Gelato collection by Maywood Studio. This kit embraces the captivating beauty of ombre fabrics, creating a visual spectacle against a striking black background. The ombre fabrics radiate a vibrant glow, enhancing the overall appeal of the quilt. With a finished size of 97" x 97", this project promises to be an impressive centerpiece, showcasing the artistry of the Gelato collection. Each month, participants will unveil new blocks, gradually piecing together a masterpiece that celebrates the harmonious blend of colors and the art of quilting.

Kit includes pattern and fabric to make the top and the binding. Backing sold separately. For backing you will need 8-3/4 yards of 43/44" wide OR 3 yards of 108" wide. Batting sold separately. Several blocks use templates. Paper templates are included in the pattern.

The BOM kits are reserved with a $29.99 non-refundable deposit. Deposit will be applied to your first months block. You will be invoiced $29.99 on the 1st of the month for months 2-12. Your monthly block kit will be available for pickup in studio or curbside after the first of each month. If you need your monthly blocks shipped, please call for a shipping quote.

Recommended for confident beginners to more experienced. Remember if you need help, you can always sign up for a Free Open Sew event.
