  • The design studio (Suite 201) is located on the 2nd floor of the Main Street Plaza and is only accessible by the stairs.  If you are unable to conquer stairs but would like to participate, please call for options.
  • Pop in during open hours and take a look at our class samples.

    Rachel Ann Quilts provides a diverse range of quilting, sewing, and craft classes tailored to individuals at a variety of skill levels. Whether you're a novice eager to embark on your creative journey or an experienced quilter looking for your quilting community, we have something for you.


    We take pride in fostering a welcoming and supportive community of quilters and sewists, providing a platform for networking, sharing ideas, and gaining inspiration from fellow enthusiasts. 


    Occasionally, our classes feature guest instructors and collaborative projects, allowing you to expand your creative horizons.


    All classes are non-refundable. 


    If you want help selecting your supplies or tools for class, please stop in before class day, We'd love to help you.  Be sure to ask about our class supplies discount.



    SIGN UP Hints:  

    • Sort Alphabetically to see the list in date order.
    • Click attend, adds it to your cart.  
    • Checkout your Cart, located in the upper right hand corner of your screen.
    • You will need to complete the checkout process even if you are attending a free event.  
    • If your cart total is $0 (zero dollars) you do NOT need to enter your credit card information but will need to complete the remaining checkout process.
    • Once your registration is complete, you should receive an email receipt from Rachel Ann Quilts LLC (rachel@rachelannquilts.com) confirming your reservation.

  • Free Community Open Sew

    Beginner - Advanced

    All sewing/quilting/crafting levels welcome!


    Community Open Sew events are free and open to anyone who wants to come and sew. Registration is required as seating is limited.


    Looking for a welcoming place to sew, quilt, and learn? Stumped by your current project?  Bring it along and maybe we can figure it out together.  Just learning?  That's awesome!  Come and ask questions as you sew.


    You are welcome to bring your own sewing machine and tools (scissors, pins, etc.).  Rachel Ann has a few sewing machines that are available to reserve for these events.  Please indicate on your registration form if you would like to use a class machine so we can reserve it for you.


    When:  Fridays & Saturdays 10am-2pm;

    The Traveling Sharpener is sharpening a kitchen knife.

    Dull scissors or knives? The Traveling Sharpener is here to save the day! 


    Stop in from 10am-noon for on-site sharpening while you wait. First come, first served.

  • Fall Quilt Challenge

    Are you ready to show off your creativity?


    Join our Fall Quilt Challenge and create a beautiful 18" x 18" Fall Nature-themed quilt square!


    Open to all ages, genders, and skill levels


    Rules:

    • Quilts must be 18" x 18" (+/- 1/2")
    • Fall nature-themed:  Any style: Traditional, applique, etc.
    • Quilted & bound
    • Include a piece of the Challenge Fabric (use a little or a lot!)
    • Combine with any fabrics or embellishments—your creativity is the limit!
    • Enter as many times as you like.

    Sign-up Opens June 1st

    Entry Fee: $10


    Submission Deadline: August 30, 2025


    September

    • All quilts will be on display in the Main Street Plaza, 127 E Main St., Little Chute, WI.  They will be on the 2nd floor (no elevator).
    • Come and vote!  Voting is open all of September and will be Viewer's Choice.  One vote per person.  Encourage your friends and family to come and vote.

    October

    • Prizes:  Top 3 (Viewer's Choice) will be awarded a Rachel Ann Quilts gift certificate and bragging rights.
    • Quilt Pick-up:  All quilts must be picked up before October 31st.  Any quilts not picked up by the deadline, will be donated.
