  • King - 108" x 108" - 20-50 shirts*
  • Queen - 95" x 95" - 12-45 shirts*
  • Full - 80" x 90" - 12-45 shirts*
  • Twin - 65" x 90" - 6-30 shirts*
  • Lap - 50" x 60" - 4-15 shirts*
  • Baby - 40" x 54" - 3-12 shirts*


* Quilt sizes are estimated. Finished quilt sizes vary due to the quantity of items you provide and the design layout.   


*  Number of shirts listed above is just to give you an idea of what to expect but we can work with whatever quantity of items you have.

Important Notes

  • You provide the washed shirts/clothing and Rachel Ann Quilts, LLC, provides the rest of the materials (sashing, batting, backing, thread, and binding). Special requests may increase costs.

  • If the quantity of shirts you provide is not sufficient for the quilt size you order then coordinating fabric, usually in a solid color, may be used to achieve ordered quilt size.

  • Lead time is typically 12-16 weeks per quilt. Quilts are booked on a first come, first served basis. Your anticipated quilt completion date will be communicated to you when your order is scheduled.

  • All clothing items and the 50% non-refundable deposit must be received before your quilt will be added to the schedule.  Balance due at quilt completion.

  • All sales are final.

Finishing Options & Pricing

  • Machine quilted with a cotton batting (thin but warm).
  • Option for a double thick layer of cotton batting (warmest option) - Additional charge

  • Options available to print your photos, drawings, or words on fabric and add it to your custom pillow or quilt.
